License and acceptable use
The operator grants access to the service for managing domains you control and reviewing public trust records. Do not scan private systems, bypass ownership controls, impersonate owners, manipulate ratings, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Owner statements
Owners are responsible for the accuracy and currency of self-attested disclosures, their authority to manage a domain, and their rights to publish supplied material. They must update changed statements.
Scope of assurance
TrustCertia verifies only items marked Verified, at the time shown. It is not an audit and does not certify compliance with any law or standard. Community reviews are opinions, not a verification of legitimacy. Visitors should make their own assessment and should not rely on a badge as a guarantee of safety.
Badge and certificate use
Display badges only for the associated website. Do not alter assurance labels, hide warnings, misrepresent expired or revoked records, or imply endorsements from standards bodies or AI providers. Public status history remains accessible.
Suspension and revocation
The operator may suspend or revoke records for lost ownership, required check failures after the grace period, false claims, misuse, or a policy breach. Reasons are shown publicly where appropriate.
Payments
Paid subscriptions, when enabled, are billed through Stripe at the selected monthly or yearly interval. The checkout and customer portal show pricing and cancellation options. Configure applicable taxes, refunds, and renewal terms before production.
Reviews and content
Publish only feedback you believe to be accurate. Do not include private information, threats, unlawful allegations, or spam. The operator may hide abusive reviews while retaining an internal revision history.
Service limitations
The development service is provided as available, subject to applicable law. Automated checks can miss issues or produce false positives. Liability allocation, indemnity, governing law, and mandatory consumer rights require counsel-approved terms before public launch.
